Weber Olcese is a law firm founded in 1996 by two entrepreneurial attorneys, Jeffrey Weber and Michael Olcese, who aspired to create a law firm dedicated to setting the standard for legal representation in the area of retail and commercial debt collection. The lawyers realized early on that their success depended on the firm’s ability to distinguish itself from others by delivering quality service, operating with the highest standards of integrity and conducting itself in a professional manner. This spirit propelled Weber Olcese into one of the state’s largest and most respected collection and creditors’ rights law firms.  Our clients include individuals and local businesses, as well as, national corporations, banks, financial institutions, lending companies and credit grantors. We are an AV-rated law firm, the highest level of professional excellence as determined by Martindale-Hubbell, and member of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA), American Collection Association (ACA), Commercial Law League of Michigan (CLLA) and Michigan Creditor's Bar Association (MCBA), to name a few.
