Our Attorneys and Key Staff
Our Clients & Practice Areas
Our clients are large national banks, national creditors, insurers and large corporations. We practice in Ohio, Indiana, Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia, New Mexico, Colorado, and Florida. With the addition of Michael Olcese II, we have expanded our practice areas to include insurance defense and subrogation. We represent insurers and policyholders in matters of fraud investigation and research, liability claims including premises defense and general liability.
Regulatory Compliance
We are ever-diligent in ensuring comprehensive compliance oversight throughout our operations including meaningful attorney involvement at each step. In the practice of creditors’ rights, our goal is to maintain the integrity of the customer relationship even in delinquency and default stages, treating customers with the same professionalism expected of originators and the empathy and respect one would wish for their own personal and sensitive circumstances. We stay abreast of evolving federal and state regulatory requirements, protecting our clients from any potential missteps at every turn.
Regarding insurance law, our dedicated attorney is highly knowledgeable on state-specific regulations and serves as outside counsel to insurance providers and policyholders. Insurance is also a highly regulated industry; legal guidance and representation can mean the difference of reducing losses significantly while navigating the web of nuances with an experienced eye. Michael Olcese II is Chair of the Insurance Division and is licensed to practice in Michigan and Illinois.
