Weber Olcese is proud to announce Curtis Robertson has been elected to the National Creditors Bar Association’s Board of Directors. The National Creditors Bar Association (NCBA) is a trade association dedicated to creditors rights attorneys. They support, promote, and protect the practice of creditors rights law while ensuring fair treatment for all. Curtis currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Communications Pillar Committee and the Vendor Advisory Committee.
Curtis received his B.A. from the University of Michigan and his J.D./M.B.A. from the University of Detroit Mercy. Curt is a past president of the Mchigan Creditors Bar Association and has continued to serve as an officer since 2011. He has also served on the Michigan Supreme Court’s – State Court Administrative Office’s Court Forms Committee since 2012. Curt has been an invited speaker for numerous associations related to debt collection and compliance related matters. He has been practicing in the area of creditors rights for his entire legal career.
